Rafael instantly made us feel welcome, it was a quiet and clean place, and the English breakfast they cooked for us was delicious. We without a doubt, will be returning for a longer stay and recommend to anyone looking to escape to a quaint bed and breakfast. "

"A cosy sea front hotel above a pub. Room 404 had superb bay window for admiring the view of the beach and sea across to The Spinaker Tower. The room is bright ,warm plenty of lights, mirrors and storage. A few things are a bit tired, curtains don't close properly, chest of drawers damaged and sink worn but comfortable bed and efficient shower over bath .Friendly staff and guest entrance when staff not on duty. Good value ."

"Very good hospitable father&son host. Poached eggs at breakfast the best we've had. Other gussts had good ideas/suggestions too as to what was happening in the area for free too, but was too late for us as we were leaving after a 2 night stay. Bed very comfortable. Maybe just a bit of updating in decor needed, but otherwise, yes we would stay again."

"Lovely place. No phone signal on Vodaphone and wi-fi down so I couldn't work as planned. Lovely staff - especially the chef. No bath, which I would have liked. Otherwise no complaints."

"Extremely pleasant stay the staff were friendly and efficient, The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The only minor issue was the lighting by the mirrors we found inadequate for getting ready for a wedding and it would have be nice to have a full length mirror.
