"Basically the second room I was put into after the TV had no signal was poorly cleaned, bedside table and phone had not been cleaned from previous guest. Flooring between the two beds had not been cleaned was soiled and sticky. Ventilation and return air vents were heavily dirty with dust and possibly mold. The exhaust fan in bathroom so encrusted in dirt and dust didn't work. TV in second room didn't have a signal either and even after front desk rebooted did not have a signal Water pressure sucks and it was difficult to get rinsed during shower. I will put out the extra money next time for higher rated accommodations. It was awful."

"Description says there is a restaurant, when calling you can only speak to an ai assistant, who’s says it’s open 24/7. Asked on that we booked this hotel as we were arriving near 10pm and haven’t had dinner yet. When checking in they said it closes at 10pm, when trying to get an order in before closing at check in they said they will only make small, 4 slice personal pizzas like at gas stations. "

"We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. The room and bathroom were very clean and ordered and temperature control was easy and unit responsive. We enjoyed breakfasts with very good variety of hot and cold foods and attentive staff. Easy on and off of I-35 with multiple stores and restaurants close-by. A good choice."

From the moment I checked in, the staff made it clear that they value their guests’ time — the process was quick, friendly, and completely hassle-free after a long travel day. The room was exactly what a business traveler needs: genuinely comfortable bed, a spacious desk with easy access to outlets, strong and reliable Wi-Fi, and a layout that actually lets you unwind without feeling like you’re sleeping in your office. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast is a real differentiator. Hot, fresh, and varied enough that it didn’t feel like an afterthought — I was able to fuel up and head to my meetings without wasting time or money hunting down a café. The location works well for getting around. There is many great restaurants and shops in the area. What keeps me coming back the the Hyatt brand is the consistency.
