"Staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. I was not informed of the shuttle service upon check in I had to inquire about it. There should be an info sheet about shuttle provided upon check in or left in the room.It is a very useful service that I knew about from online reviews but it wasn't made clear how it worked until I asked for information. Room was updated and nice enough. There was a prom in the courtyard that my room overlooked and unfortunately the windows are not well insulated for noise. The teens weren't too loud for too long at least but it was a little shocking how clearly I could hear them and the music. Went to the hotel bar for dinner one night and was not impressed one bit with the food. Mac and cheese tasted like a bechamel with no cheese, Caesar salad had tomatoes in it which is not traditional nor listed on the menu waste of tomatoes indeed. Bartender was friendly and service was quick so I didn't complain was too tired to deal with it."

"Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great"

"The Hilton was horrible! There was trash under the desk when we first arrived in our room. Piles of dirty sheets and broken glass in the hallways that was never cleaned up over 3 days/2 nights. Very loud hallways and no one would do anything about it. It took waiting for 10 elevators before there was room. Staff was obviously overwhelmed and unable to handle anything!"

"Been to many hotels, some cheaper than this one. Yet, this hotel manages to not do the basic things and yet wants to have good business…. Need to hire new cleaners or have cleaners if you dont… its very noticeable which one didnt get washed and because it looked “ok” you didnt wash them. How do I know??? Debris and pubic hair inside the folded towel… also, if there are stains on sheets, please change them… Lastly, mattresses are so worn out springs are almost non-existent.. could not sleep on back or side… when asking for a room change, of course that was denied because the I had stayed in the room for too long… I leave this comment for other travelers to be aware but also for the good of the business management. If you really want to do well, do the basic things well. If you don’t I guarantee your business will get worse. This was by far the worst stay and it wasn’t even close.."
