"The place completely surpassed my expectations. It was extremely clean and modern. Very updated. The beds were very comfortable. The appliances all worked, however the ice machine line was disconnected (201). The kitchen could have a little better stocked with utensils. Other than that it was perfect. Parking garage seemed very secure. "

"If I could give zero stars I would. We chose this hotel based on a previous great experience a few years back and clearly things have changed. This hotel is in desperate need of basic upgrades like hot water, clean rooms, mold removal, elevators & ice machines that actually work & room doors that close, etc. The front desk staff is super rude & completely uninterested in making guests feel welcome. For the price there are lots of good options in the area. Stay away! "

"This property is rude. The lady made a comment to my mother about how she shouldn't be tired she didn't walk mind you my mom is in a wheelchair because she can't walk far. We asked about a bottle of water we were told by the same lady those were for diamond members the gentleman behind the counter got us two bottles of water. I was told repeatedly how I booked through a third party site but I called the hotel and was told there were no rooms available but suddenly when I booked through third party bam rooms available! I asked for a mobility room so she puts us in the absolutely last hotel room on the floor farthest from then elevator. Food was subpar at best I have actually had better at quality hotel. And the evening reception sad"

"Everything was good. Only issue was that the ice machine was out of order on the 19th floor. However, a staff member ran downstairs to fill my cup for me."
