The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. We would definitely love to return!

First reception staff was very helpful.we should check in at 4 pm but we arrived arround 1200 pm so they gave us the room after confirmed from the house keeping around 1330 which was good Staff very helpful Rooms very clean Furniture looks new Kitchen have every thing you need . We had asked for a room with a view and boy did we get it! We sat on our veranda for hours, had our lunch there and had a long listen to the waves breaking before going to bed. Just glorious! Staff very professional.photocopied maps for us for each day of Holy Week pageants. Organised taxis and were fun to spend time with. Cleaning staff efficient and considerate.

Perfect traditional property in the heart of the old town. Easy check in. Rooms comfortable and clean. Enjoyed very much for an overnight stay.

Totally relaxing holiday, excellent hotel and location

The apartment was fantastically situated and proportioned. Front line with a lovely walk in to either Marbella or Puerto Banus but not too busy or noisy. We will definitely stay again

We have been before and it was fantastic and nothing has changed. A wonderful and well run hotel and we will be going back as often as possible.

Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.

Had a one night stay in Marbella meeting up with friends and decided to stay overnight so I didn't have to worry about driving home. The Bluebelle By Pillow exceeded expectations, the room was very modern & bright but, most importantly, clean with a very comfortable bed. The Manager Valentina was super friendly & helpful and I would not hesitate staying here again when next in Marbella.

Great hostel/hotel with really clean rooms, a great shower en suite and in a fantastic location right on the beach. Welcomed by amazing staff who went into detail showing us a map of local areas of interest and they were always on hand to help, whether it be to recommend a restaurant or book us a taxi. Can not fault this place at all and I would easily return! Thanks!

Excellent staff with a quick check in, my friend had a birthday on 4th, they gave us a suprise on breakfast room, with beautiful nice strawberry cheesecake. We loved it.

Stayed in The Sentido Beach Hotel this new hotel just recently opened 2018 everything was good staff were polite and helpful even printed our boarding pass for us to return home.The food was excellent plenty of choices for all nationalities . Rooms were comfortable twin beds small sofa and table tea making facilitys with a mini fridge bathroom shower with his and her sinks and reasonable size balcony with two sun lounger excellent plus TV and telephone .

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of January. The weather was amazing. We did sun bathing and outdoors swimming. The spa is very clean and offers full rejuvenation. We enjoyed relaxing in the lush garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the main restaurant was exceptionally good. We would highly recommend this hotel to everybody who is after a relaxing holiday in a luxurious place.

My husband booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday. On arrival we informed that our room had been upgraded which was fantastic. Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex apartment. It was massive and very well equiped kitchen had full cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. Stayed 4 nights and cleaning and towels changed twice during this time. Some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets provided as a started suggest you put a few extra in your suitcase save having to buy some together with a couple of tea towels. Physically attractive resort with a club-like atmosphere, partly because most stayers have permanent membership of the resort so are repeat visitors. Staff were charming and helped with small requests. These are real apartments with separate bedrooms and kitchens, not like a hotel. Just returned from a fantastic weekend away with the girls at this hotel. I felt totally spoilt, great staff and great pool over looking the sea. The pool bar was fab and good choice of drinks. The breakfast was great and huge choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return myself.

This was our first time in Spain - prior to setting off we contacted the hotel to arrange a taxi which cost us 25 Euros. On arrival we were welcomed by the Hotel Manager.
