The breakfast is a legitimate hot breakfast, the pool and hot tub heated perfectly (even in the rain!) and the location very convenient. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet. "I stayed a night at this hotel to check out the community and didn't want to cram a 6 hour car trip into one day. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. It's clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of parking,staff was very friendly, check in/out was easy and they have breakfast available in the morning! What's not to like? I will definitely stay here again in the coming months."

"This is an older motel in downtown Chico, so the decor is a little dated and the rooms are showing their age. I’d say this is an OK place, given the price, location and free parking. I had noisy neighbors (until 2 am) above me, but that was just bad luck. Didn’t hear or see other problems with guests. Check-in ws fast and easy; guy behind the desk was very nice."
