No towels in room, kettle had “yellow residue” tide mark … had to get towels from cleaners trolley on first morning… also had get my own toilet roll… went out and bought a kettle from Tesco as I was there for 6 nights and the dodgy kettle wasn’t replaced despite asking at reception
