"Didn't expect much since it's winter but the TV options were not good. The room was clean and very nice. The only staff interaction was the hispanic young lady at the front desk and she was very nice."

"Parking 2-levels outside- steps were icy & snow-covered (snow had ended prior to my arrival) front desk employee was sitting in lounge area playing on phone. I feel they could have been clearing steps and/or applying salt. Instead the night employee did this well after 11pm which kept us awake as it was outside our window. Snow removal plow also dropped his blade well after what would be considered ‘quiet time’."

"I checked in just before 8:00 PM during a 33-hour road trip with the goal of getting a full night of rest. At approximately 3:00 AM, I was awakened by a rat in my room. It was eating my dog’s food and stuffing the food inside my shoes next to the bed. This was a serious sanitation and safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. I was moved to another room, but I was unable to sleep afterward due to concern about additional rodents. The room was also very cold upon arrival, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. The sheets and towels were visibly stained, which added to the discomfort and lack of confidence in the property’s standards. I requested a refund. Property management did not respond to my calls or email. Corporate Guest Relations offered points toward a future stay, which I declined. They have since closed the case without issuing a refund. What is most disappointing is how poorly this situation was handled. Finding a rat in a guest room is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability and meaningful resolution makes it worse. Travelers should be aware of this experience when considering a stay here."

"Very clean environment all around, very welcoming staff, good water pressure. Family restaurant connected to the hotel so a plus not to drive anywhere. "

"Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel is very old and was most likely a Super 8 at one time. Some upgrades to rooms have been done but need more work. Bathrooms need remodeling and ac units need updating."

"Room was in excellent condition. Freshly remodeled. Halls were a work in progress, smelled dirty and lots of stains, but they are under construction. "
