Hyatt Grand Central New York
The hotel room is a bit old and outdated. The hotel location is perfect and just above the Grand Central Station.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
⸻ Disappointed with my stay. The staff were not friendly, and despite arriving 2 hours after check-in time, my room was still not ready. I had paid extra for two beds but they said they have only room for 1bed. What’s worse is there was no apology for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional.
