"Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was disgusting. The sheets had holes in them and yellow stains all over them. We complained to the owner and he said it would be fixed right away, but 5 HOURS later nothing had been done. When we went back downstairs, the staff acted like they had no idea what we were talking about.
Then the breakfast situation made it even worse. Breakfast starts at 7am, but we came down at 6:40 and watched a white guest grabbing food. When we tried to grab bagels for our kids before their 7-on-7 game, the staff immediately told us no until 7am. When my mom pointed out the other guest was already getting food, the staff said “she can because she’s leaving.” We were leaving too. So apparently the rules only apply to certain people. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never stay here again"

"Great location near restaurants. Family suite was perfect setup for our family of four: king bed and two queen beds. Breakfast was convenient, and Matt who worked in the breakfast room gave great service and was a delight to talk to. Thanks!"
"Our room was not ready still at the check in time of 4.00 pm! Once we finally were able to to check in we had to call the front desk for towels and coffee that was not restocked! They use top sheets on the bed as a bottom sheet and we got our feet stuck in the sheets throughout the night! We were supposed to have a double head shower but only half of the shower worked, and when we complaied at check out we wete told, or sorry we knew it wasnt working correctly! Then why werent we told this at check in? For a room (siluite) that costs $ 250.00 a night the entire shower certainly should have been working! We have stayed here before, and it was great! This time the service was completely subpar, and if your room isnt ready to check into at 4.00 pm there is an issue for sure! Then it wasnt even stocked fully when we checked in and management was not helpful! The casino was fun, but honestly the hotel part this time was very disappointing!"
"Be careful which room you choose because you may get the room with no TV you may get the room with no fridge make it the room with them microwave it just depends on which room they feel like putting you in"
