Not the biggest 5 star hotel in Ahmedabad but the best in terms of customer service. The service you receive from reception to restaurant to conceige is A1. Hyatt and Novotel might have more facilities but I prefer this hotel just cos they treat you as a valuable guest.

Fab location - close to shopping malls etc. Very helpful staff .

A wonderfully quiet and comfortable overnight stay after a very long train journey from Mumbai. Staff were most welcoming and the breakfast excellent. I would stay there again.

Good stay , Location is nice there is metro station opposite to hotel so commuting is easy , staff is also nice , property is good and clean , only draw back for me is breakfast is not prepared on time so I have to check out hotel without breakfast
