The room was so neat and clean smelled good and it was a smokin room the whole place was clean. The only sad day was the pool wasn't ready.. but we got over that pretty quick

The second floor rooms has two steps to go up from the elevator. No hand rails and no staff to help with luggage. Beds are very high. Sheets were polyester or some other synthetic fabric. The place needs a remodel.

This spot is in a great location on the downtown square near dining, attractions, and famous saloons. Our room (219) had a balcony but no chairs to enjoy it, there were no chairs in the room although there was space, and the worn bed nearest the door had an uncomfortable scoop and should be replaced. The second floor had 2 steps up from the elevator with no handrail which is awkward if you have to manage luggage too. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. Would I stay there again... maybe. They did offer a nice comp breakfast in the morning, so there's that.
