The location of the hotel is excellent. The room smelled bad ( like fish) When we checked in our room. So we had to checked in another room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the second room we changed to got problem with the sink. It was clogged up and the water wouldn’t go down. Here we go again, we had to change to another room on 10th floor.

The room was tiny and the shower room barely had enough space for me to move in and I am slim. But the worst thing was the lack of air conditioning. The room was boiling and although a small portable fan was provided, all it did was circulate warm air. It was not worth the price at all.

"Gym music until 11pm and from 7am on a Sunday and so loud sleep is impossible. I could even hear it through headphones. Staff were aware of this being an issue but no attempt to turn the music down and I wasn't allowed to move rooms so I left early. Really disappointing - what's the point of a hotel ..."
