"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Beautiful Resort – Highly Recommend! What a beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning property and the overall atmosphere. The entire resort was absolutely gorgeous, and every detail added to its charm. The pools were beautiful, clean, and heated, which made them even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our housekeeper was wonderful and trustworthy, and our room was always spotless, with fresh, clean beds to come back to each day. One of our favorite experiences was enjoying breakfast with such a breathtaking view! The food was absolutely delicious, not just at breakfast but throughout our entire stay. I truly cannot say enough good things about this resort. We have absolutely no complaints! It was such a pleasure spending our vacation in a beautiful town while staying at an equally beautiful resort. Everything about our experience made our trip even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our vacation so special! ❤️"

"If you are ok without air-conditioning, you will be beyond pleased. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff. Check in was very smooth. Refresh towels and drink was offered and all luggage carried to the room. Restaurant with views of Volcano and lake.........no words"

"Views are beyond beautiful! Property was very clean. Staff, specially the ones in restaurant and lounge area, were extremely friendly and full of suggestions. Breakfast options were VERY limited for someone with egg allergies. Unfortunately there was an issue with plumbing and we didn’t have water the entire last night/morning we were there. Not being able to shower after being in the pool and having to travel all day the next day was quite inconvenient."

"Loved our stay at this resort . Everything was perfect. The hotel restsurant was very good and breakfast ess included . You can pick from a menu. The balcony was awesome in our room. Used it a lot. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be to add someway to store clothing in room. No closet and limited hanging space."

"Great stay in La fortuna. Close to everything and beautiful grounds. We stayed in the Chato suite and it was awesome. People were all nice and even took us to see a sloth on the grounds. Breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend and will be back."

"This resort lived up to our expectations. It was more expensive than other places, but they lived up to the expectation and went above and beyond in many different areas. We went for a honeymoon and they gave us many upgrades and made our experience really special. Food prices are high, but if you’re smart, you can still enjoy your time and pick some lower cost items that are fantastic."
