"The room was clean and had the essential amenities. There is no front desk and it is necessary to use an app to check in and get the access codes. There was a lot of noise in the corridors during the night: doors banging, drunk partygoers yelling and crying, and constant beeping from neighboring doors being opened."

"Check in was easy, the personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and just right for a solo traveler. The restaurant was pretty busy on a Friday night, which is a good option. They have at least 2 parking spots in an underground garage that is very secure and has in and out privileges. Thank you for your hospitality! Much appreciated!"

"We had a reservation for a ocean view suite for me my wife and 2 children, after arrival they said only 3 of us can stay in the suite they don’t allow 4th person ,they made us pay for a second room to accommodate 4 of us"

"This hotel was booked for a stag group weekend in lloret for 18. I was disappointed initially with the check in because the price quoted on Expedia was not the price I was given at check in. The tourist tax was higher than what was quoted on Expedia. I also had to pay a €200 refundable deposit in cash at check in which I wasn’t told about and this made things difficult for me because majority of my group didn’t have cash so a lot of my spending money went on this deposit.
