They had to switch is room because the room was not the cleanest and they did a complimentary breakfast which was delicious... and yes the staff was amazing especially Josue.

The staff was very helpful and kind, professional. The room was clean and had a beautiful view to the sea. The internet signal was a bit unstable and the remote control for the smart tv did not work. Other than that, my stay was pretty enjoyable. I would return to this place.
