"It was a new and modern hotel. Nicely designed. However, it felt like the employees were still inexperienced, and the service was not that great. The AC in our room didn’t work and the indoor temperature was 25 C. It might be due to the extreme heat while we were there. "

"My stay at Scandic Sondra Kajen was absolutely perfect! The location is very close to the ferry— safe, and with very easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Stockholm!"

"The customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We didn't know we needed an adapter for the electrical outlets, and the front desk receptionist helped us by letting us borrow one. Then, she also provider an extra room heater for us as well as answering many questions we had regarding food and places to visit. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the 6 days we were there."
