"Overall we enjoyed our stay, just the staff at the reception and spa was not as friendly as we used to. In the other side the staff at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner teams) was outstanding!

Very rude guests. Did not enforce non smoking area until I asked them to. Food was great for kids, not 4 star quality but good enough for me - the vegetables were not fresh. AC in the room was not working and they didn't fix it."
