"All the rooms face the ocean. The view is beautiful from any room. The property, pools, lobbies, are very well maintained. It was a pleasure staying here. They even upgraded us to a bigger room with a gorgeous massive balcony (the Gala room). The breakfast was fantastic. And clean and well maintained. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only constructive criticism I can give is that the “concierge” service needs serious work. The concierge (when he was actually there, which was rare) was very friendly but knowledge was minimal. Also they had no ideas for us as to what else there was to doin Eilat. There should be a knowledgeable dedicated concierge in a hotel such as this one that is upscale (and maybe brochures if things to doing Eilat)"
"They are in a great location and superb breakfast with apparently a private beach. However in several of the hours you need to pray that windsurfers will not hit your head."
"Clean, has a great breakfast and very nice staff at a relatively affordable price. Has a pool, safe in the room and a grocery store nearby.
On the downside, it's about 20 mins walking away from the beach (not a problem if you rent a car) and (as of May 26) could use some renovation.
Still, a great stay for the price. We've enjoyed our time there."

I paid extra for a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be quite small, around 1x1 meter, which was a bit disappointing.
The breakfast was abundant, fresh, and offered a great variety.
The hotel’s Bianca restaurant was outstanding, with great food and friendly staff.

In terms of the overall atmosphere, it’s very pleasant; the place is renovated and looks great. However, there are parts that still haven’t been renovated and are quite shocking, like the spa — Isrotel charges for the hotel’s spa, and it’s terrible; the appearance and overall condition are really not good. The food also needs improvement, especially the desserts, where there is clearly no investment at all — neither at breakfast nor at dinner."
