"Sandra (at the reception) and Mark (Dinning room) were great! Sandra was very attentive and always had a very good energy, an upbeat and welcoming smile and helped us get around. They didn't have a bartender that night, but she tried to satisfy my needs by looking up how to make my drink and she made it! She Aldo helped us get the application to pay for bus tickets. Mark was also very attention-detail person. With patience and good listening skills (because we didn't speak Norwegian), he took the time to make recommendations and bring our food. We were very please with his attention. Now, onto my only opportunity for improvement for the hotel : Please consider making available a shuttle to Eidsvoll Verk (the station where you take the bus to/from the hotel's closest bus stop). It's ok if its has a cost, but make it available!! Why? The bus service is very Intermittent and very spaced out, in such way, that you can't rely if you need to go back to OSL airport. I am sure guest traveling without a car are willing to pay."
