Fantastic place, located in near fishing pond and stunning view on the Zugspitze

Great hotel in the centre of Garmisch. 5 mins walk to main shopping and restaurant areas. Amazing views of Germany’s highest mountain, the Zugspitze, directly from our room. Good little indoor pool. Very friendly staff, wearing traditional dress. Bar prices quite reasonable. Half board has good breakfast buffet and three main meal choices (meat, fish, veg) soup dessert. Free minibar is true - you get beer and soft drinks most days. Parking very easy - €12 per day. The whole place feels...

Empfehlenswert! Alles sind Toll :)

A family hotel, run by people who combine professional competence with friendly care for their guests. It's notable that they have an active apprenticeship scheme to pass on their skills to a new generation. Having chosen to walk the 2 kms from the station in a light drizzle we arrived weary and damp some hours before the usual check-in time to be greeted by manager Andreas Griess who, while covering all the formalities with a light touch, made us feel welcomed as house-guests. I booked the hotel late for a ski trip with my kids. The hotel was lovely. Well adorned, spacious rooms. Hotel was very clean. Wellness centre was great - lovely Jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room. We had half board and the breakfast was big and varied Ate in the restaurant once - it was a little too trad German for my kids but was well cooked Staff are very friendly and helpful

Absolutely amazing hotel, will be back.

The location is fantastic, meals are lovely. Breakfast was a little dose of luxury we haven't had that nice breakfast anywhere. The staff are amazing, warm, friendly and happy to chat to you. They go the extra mile for children

Found the hotel to be very relaxed with a pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and of a good size. The bathroom was as new and again lovely and clean. Appreciated the kettle and the limited supply of teabags and coffee. Had to ask reception for milk but that was no problem and they were happy to provide a little jug of milk. The location was pretty central with the shopping centre very close by. Loved our short stay here and would highly...

The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay an excellent experience - they are incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming! Dinner each night in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard with impeccable service -...

Sehr schönes Apartment. Der Pool und die Sauna waren auch sehr zu viel.

The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. Gym was very basic. Just a treadmill, cross trainer and bike. Staff on reception were very helpful and gave us lots of details of places to visit and eat at. I liked the 3pm cakes they provided every day! The bar and lounge area was immaculate and the staff very attentive - constantly tidying up and making...
