8.8/10 Excellent! (481 reviews)
Would have been nice to get a heads up about the noisy construction happening on the whole street- taxi could not get to the hotel! Breakfast was good. Asked twice to have a simple lightbulb replaced- never happened. Location close to restaurants and excursion pickup point which was handy.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,591 reviews)
It's a well renovated old building with lots of character. Location is great, about a 10 minute walk from the Zurich HB.
However, there definitely were some issues with my suite. It's hot on the 5th floor, even in October. Used the provided Dyson fan for some ventilation but definitely not a restful night especially with church bells ringing every 1/2 hour. The second item was the shower stall; not having a door means water floods the floor. Had to do some pretty extensive floor mopping after each shower. Last minor issue; the USB-A charge port didn't seem to work.

"Restaurant was limited but food was good. It was further to walk than expected to flight check in. Room was clean and air condition good."
