"I absolutely loved our room. We had a first floor water view. It was wonderful. Not to many places offer a balcony or patio anymore which made it that much better. We sat out on our patio and watched a storm roll in over lake Michigan! The Breakfast was nice because they offered more than the basic. They had warm eggs, sausage, potatoes and biscuits. I didn't get in the pool but the hot tub was nice. The best part it was open 10-12am with no kids allowed at that time(all though we were the only ones down there at 10pm at night) I would defiantly be back and would recommend."

"The resort is amazing. I stayed in an end, upper unit with easy in and out access to an entry on the end. The front desk staff were extremely kind and friendly. Location is close to restaurants and the water. I highly recommend Newport Resort, "

"Very nice place with excellent, comfortable room. Set back off the highway a bit, in a peaceful setting in the woods. Very friendly staff. A relatively simple but nice breakfast was included. Great off-season rate, I'd definitely return here."
