Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "

Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. But the customer service and breakfast and dinner buffets helped us to forget any inconveniences we experienced. I would love to go back and stay on vacation. "
