"Ideally located near the train station and bus terminal, though not well signposted as the main entrance is up a flight of stairs and attached to a large car park.. Small reception but functional and friendly staff too greet you.. Check in was easy, room was nice, spacious and above all else, clean and quiet.. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of offerings available.. Nice bar area.."

"Great location though the hotel itself is not exceptional. Rooms are very basic. Was given wrong room key upon arrival but was readily resolved . Not a great start to enter a room where people were inside!"

"Very lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Large room with very comfortable bedding. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with many options in a beautiful restaurant. Dinner at the Bistro was great. Truly enjoyed staying here."

"Stayed with a couple of friends for a weekend in Bruges. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Hotel doesn't offer free parking but there is underground, secure parking just 5mins from the hotel. Highly recommend and would use again."

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"

"The room is beautiful. High ceilings. Extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful decor. Very old European style. Near everything. Totally walkable. I will return to this hotel."
