Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre Thunder Bay
8/10 Good
"Was only overnighting so my expectations were not high: the room was clean and served its purpose. The HVAC was a bit loud but, again, did what it was intended to do. Staff were friendly and efficient- no issues."
"The toilet in our room was designed for a child. First time I used it, I thought someone was playing the old "pull the chair away". As I went to sit down, I thought I had missed the toilet it was so low. The whole place could do with a bit of an update. Not sure if this toilet flooded at one point, but it looked like black mold around d the toilet."
"All the staff were very helpful, breakfast was great. It is just an older hotel (built in 1911) and it showing some wear and tear. Otherwise we had a good nights sleep."
"For a lost cost motel it was okay.
The bed was good, but a tall person may feel different.
Bathroom was good, but no facial tissues, like most would have.
Shower was good.
Overall the room as acceptable."
