Superior Inn Hotel and Conference Centre Thunder Bay
8/10 Good
"Was only overnighting so my expectations were not high: the room was clean and served its purpose. The HVAC was a bit loud but, again, did what it was intended to do. Staff were friendly and efficient- no issues."
"The toilet in our room was designed for a child. First time I used it, I thought someone was playing the old "pull the chair away". As I went to sit down, I thought I had missed the toilet it was so low. The whole place could do with a bit of an update. Not sure if this toilet flooded at one point, but it looked like black mold around d the toilet."
"There was nothing unique about the property. The parking lot is in dire need of repairs, There is overflowing garbage outside. You walk in and I slipped on the water that was all over the floor. The room had a horrible smell in there. The sink was plugged. The carpet was extremely dirty. There was no hot water for showers. I reported it to the front desk they said sorry talk to Expedia for any sort of refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone it’s disgusting."
"All the staff were very helpful, breakfast was great. It is just an older hotel (built in 1911) and it showing some wear and tear. Otherwise we had a good nights sleep."
