"The room was cold, the balcony door didn't close properly and the wind blew in the room all night. The hotel didn't answer any questions, it turned out that the restaurant wasn't working and we had to look for dinner in the dark in an unknown place."

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.The restaurant is very cozy and they serve great pizza and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful. The staff I wouldn’t say the happy employees, but they are friendly and helpful when you need them. In addition, the customer profile is a bit challenging population.
