Our stay was okay....we were there for 4nights. The rooms are nice and spacious. What I didn't like was that our room was not cleaned for the first 2days and their breakfast does not include coffee/tea/juice/water, you have to buy it separately. We appreciated when they notified us about he electricity issue that took place. Would I recommend my other family and friends? I would NOT.

May I be refunded no accommodation found

I got the confirmation email which I showed the venue staff. They told me they are fully booked and they didn't communication from Hotels. Com. I was left stranded in the middle of know where with a girl child which was not safe at all. Hotels. Com kindly refund me my money

Bad experience all round

The place is not okay I booked for a one room with my partner and the was no water at first in the building we struggled to get water in the building and when we get them there is no warm water to take a bath. And when we booked the place they promised free breakfast that is not true because this was never done.The is no fridge,no microwave when you have babies don’t book because you will be disappointed.I will never recommend this place for families.

Edrange Luxury Lodge is a scam shame. We struggled to get a hold of the staff days before check-in. We arrived the place was dusty the sheets smells like dust. The towels were so hard like biltong. We didn't bath the whole time we were there no water was coming out and if there was the pressure was very low. The first night we spent killing spiders. When we book said have a bath tub no bath tub. The swimming pools are green can't swim. Nothing to do at the lodge. The nearest The mall is 25 min away. It is very far from the activities can spend more then 30 min driving to anything in harties. The lodge is situated in brits and not harties.
