"Armand (owner) was very helpful, even though I was only there for a very short time. He allowed me a flexible check in and was very friendly. He brought breakfast to my room in the morning. I didn't really explore the area but I know Lyon fairly well. It was a 20 minute walk to Part-Dieu Station but of course you could get a direct bus or tram easily. A taxi cost me £13 from Part Dieu to the property. It is exactly as described."

"Room was clean, check in was smooth, the hotel pictures on Expedia did not reflect the condition of the hotel. The hotel was worn down The location was close to the train station which was a bonus but the area was not good for walking or eating choices The hotels near the river were in better locations and the food choices were much better. "

"Excellent for the price, had all the basics done well a staff were helpful. The area surrounding the hotel is a little industrial, but with a short walk you can be in the centre of town so not a major issue, especially since it is so close to the main train station!"
