Excellent hotel, very clean and lots of staff to help. Lounge access as part of room helped avoid the crowds and get a drink and snack in the day. Less queues for breakfast in the lounge but still plenty of options. Outdoor pool nice and relaxing, a few to use but that is part of the service and so relaxing. Hotel really close to Disney line and so if going to the parks excellent, can use the monorail to go into Tokyo as well on connecting trains Overall excellent hotel ideal for Disney

The room was a spacious twin with Disney View. Very clean and nice vibe. The evening buffet was excellent. At about £40 each it was more inclined to Chinese and Japanese food with pizza, and Western kids options. My normally fussy 18 year old found lots to eat at the non Western counters which she’d normally turn her nose up at. So full marks to buffet. Only issue was when we asked reception if they had any feminine products as the shop was shut they said they hadn’t and couldn’t point us...

I stayed at the Moxy Times Square, in New York and had a really good experience there. So when seeing there was a Moxy Hotel in Tokyo Japan, I jumped at the chance to go and stay there. The staff were amazing and helpful! My room was very clean! with the bedding changed frequently. The food, well my complements to the Chef! very well prepared and very tasty. I’m addicted! lol… my experience was incredible! so I’m booking to go back, before the end of this year.

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

We were extremely well received at the Executive reception. The view of the Skytree from our room was wonderful. The view from the Exec Lounge was even beter and the service was first class. The room was lovely with all amenities. Breakfast was good and as we were leaving early on the Wednesday they left us a lovely selection of buns and croissants for the trip to the airport. This is an excellent hotel.
