"Nice room- appreciated king size bed and sofa bed for our soon-however the glasses were dirty some days and sometimes not changed out. Not close to the airport - uber was about $55- but pretty close to the mall. Breakfast was very good- great variety-hot items/ fruit/ yogurt/ cereal/ oatmeal- and nice breakfast area. The pool was nice- hot tub jets weren’t too powerful but it was hot. There were some homeless in the area so good to be aware as you are coming and going."

"Sharp nails sticking out of the floor and door handle into the bathroom. Gum on the sheets. Hair in the bathtub when we checked in. Woken up at 7am to people talking in the hallways. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was getting comped 1 night out of the 4 we stayed there. Will never be back. "

"The room was clean, showing a little of its age but still comfortable. Staff was good, we’ve been coming here for years, we are noticing it’s hit or miss with the staff, some of them knows us and greets us like family others it’s like they are greeting us for the manual they used in orientation. We are finding the customer service is dropping a little. But still a really good place to stay"

"The breakfast area was pretty messy when we came down ,appeared no wone tidies or picked up dirty dishes if the people didn't do it themselves.suttle was great.called was picked upwothno hassle,my original room I was give was not made up properly and I asked for a change,which was done ,big ,was a very strangely set up room,with damaged chairs that should have been replaced or at least repaired.. "
