"Johnny was at the front desk. He was rude, extremely unhelpful, inconsiderate and lacks empathy. I booked a room through hotels.com using the pay upon arrival option. When I arrived at this hotel, I was told that I had been charged prior to my arrival (the payment did not got through because I had intended to PAY UPON ARRIVAL as opted)and I was informed that all rooms had been booked up. Johnny was curt and had no regard for women being in a foreign location at night. He didn’t recommend any alternatives and in turn I recommend to rate his customer service -100. I booked with APA Hotel Woodbridge and had a wonderful stay."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay, the room was filthy when we arrived I went downstairs and asked for cleaning supplies and ended up cleaning the room myself and then went and bought mor products at target to completely clean it. The bathroom was dirty, there was a visible hand print on the wood around the window, there was a huge dirt mark on the wall behind the door to the room with the beds in it, it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed for quite a while. The TV didn’t work but the staff was GREAT, the breakfast was good, and it was very conveniently located. The cleaning I can do myself but I can’t make staff be personable and friendly so that made up for anything bad with the room! "

"I do not recommend this Hampton Inn. The property is not in good condition and feels very old. The first room I was assigned smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and water damage. The desk moved me to a second room, which then smelled like dirty feet and a locker room. The housekeeping came once during my time there. All they do is empty trash and place new towels in the bathroom- they don’t make the beds, which I found quite odd. On the second night of my stay, the people staying in the room next door were incredibly loud, screaming and yelling until 2am. I called the front desk two different times regarding the noise. The desk attendant asked the people to quiet down, but they never did. Finally, the fire alarm continuing went off throughout the stay. One evening it went off in the very early morning for 30+ minutes, forcing everyone to leave the building at 4am and stand outside in the cold to wait for the alarm to be fixed. "
