Very disappointed in this place. I stayed 28th-30th July 2019. There were rats, the electric cables were coming away from the walls, there were various things (paint pots etc) stored under my bed, the washing machine was broken (my main reason for booking here) and someone (the cleaner?) came into my room without waiting for an answer saying he didn't think anyone was saying in it. I went out and bought my own pillows (as they were so flat and old) and toilet roll (as there was none after the first night), I emailed this information to the owner (also asking for a part refund to cover my laundrette bill) but didn't even receive a reply, even though I have given them over a week to do so.

Lโ€™endroit est trรจs bien placรฉ pour visiter le centre ville. Par contre attention pour se garer horaires et types de places les PV tombent facilement. Nous avions une chambre avec salle de bain cewsui nโ€™est pas le cas de toutes les chambres. Lโ€™eau, le lendemain, รฉtait glacรฉe car tout le monde avait pris une douche avant... et lโ€™ensemble est mal insonorisรฉ du coup on entend tout et surtout quand les voisins sont bruyants. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

The problem with heat, The first flat I was in, the boiler didn't work. The room I was moved to had but the window was not properly insulated so the cold felt like it was coming right through.

Difficult to get in, no one to meet you. Not suitable for someone who can't walk up 3 very long flights of stairs. Lights don't stay on because sensor does not function properly. All-in-all it's ok. Great location but you'll feel like you're staying in someone else's slightly grungy apartment.
