"The staff at the BWI holiday inn saved me after a very taxing day of airport delays. They were efficient and cheerful and from the moment I got on the van with Joe, my day improved dramatically. Taylor checked me in with humor and grace and my frustrations were over. The room was comfortable and clean. Good linens and pillows. Breakfast was above average for ten bucks and it was nice to actually have service in the morning. THANK YOU Holiday Inn BWI.
