Whats not to like check in went smoothly. Place is clean. Room was clean tea and coffee microwave and a fridge in the room. Breakfast was great plenty of choice include an unusual one porridge which was great. Coin operated washer and dryer. Hotel was clean and staff were lovely but hotel is tired and needs some modernisation

She and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn we look forward to coming back it was well worth it

Room was clean, had everything I needed. Only issue I have was dogs barking, other than that staff were nice. Breakfast lady was lovely and welcoming, good selection of food and waffles are lovely. Having coffee available all day was great. Location was good however you do need a car. Just an idea maybe owners with pets should be separated from other guests rooms so people with Allergies don't get uncomfortable and skin flaring up. Wasn't great feeling like crap. Excellent location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Would definitely use again if in the area.

I was only there for 2 days from Scotland and they couldn't have been any nicer. Helped me book my next stop. Got me the cheapest taxi so no complaints

Great hotel,clean,friendly helpful staff.bus stop outside no. 62 gets u to top if canal st 3dollars for an all day pass which u can use on trams as well,35min trip thru local areas. Taxi to and fro 32-63 dollars

We chose this hotel to be near to Katy Mills Mall. Could not fault this hotel. Would definitely visit again if in the area
