"We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. "Our first time to Jamaica and we absolutely loved it. Wish it wasn’t such a long drive from the airport to the resort. Also the shuttle that takes you to the excursions was a little scary how they drive there. The lighting when walking around at night needed to be better. Food, entertainment and activities were fantastic. Had a small lizard guest in our room which I didn’t care for but dealt with it. Will definitely stay at Sandals again. "

"The property is beautiful, you walk in and you feel a breeze that’s just amazing. The staff was wonderful, everyone was very polite and friendly. The room was pretty big and the shower felt good, there was always hot water. The food was 8/10, there were times it was cold but the taste was always on point. "
