"We had a very relaxing family holiday here. There were hardly any other guests when we stayed, and it was almost like having a private resort. The restaurant staff made us two lovely dinners and breakfasts, the first dinner was an intricate kaiseki spread, and the second was delicious grilled steak. Breakfast had plenty of options for both Japanese and Western style meals. "The room was magnificent! It was huge with great view of the mountains! Heater worked wonderful! It was freezing outside so a good heater was super good for the night!
It was a Japanese style room, tatami floors and beds
AND they had extra beds to make it more comfy!
Would stay here again!!! "

"Really good value for money, Japan accommodation is not cheap. this was very good for our family. Private Onsen is a nice touch too. Definitely recommend."

"Room is nice and spacious, everywhere is clean, very comfortable
Osen area is a bit small, peak hour maybe crowded.
Buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious "
"Room was tatami, very traditional. My spouse loved sleeping on the tatami mats and she especially loved the yukkata and the onsen. The buffet dinner and breakfast were the best ever!"
"Outstanding, beautiful resort to relax and unwind. This place is perfection. I had the room with a private bath that overlooked the garden. So beautiful and serene.
The curated kaiseki meal and breakfast were incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this resort, will be back again! "
"This is modernized facility that offers so many services and events on site. I enjoyed dining services on specific hours, and structures of this facility were astonishingly beautiful.
My only issue was that the Japanese-western style room that i booked had mediocre view from window that kinda ruined the value of money. "

The lounge area provided all the drinks and snacks and cup noodles we wanted, and we had a very nice walk around, and up into a snowy area by the river. It was nice to relax in our own private onsen tubs whenever we liked. The surrounding town is pretty quiet, and we didn’t have much time to explore it, but the river and woods are very beautiful. "
