"The IPA was good, food was pretty poor though. Swimming pool and facilities were great. Room wasn't cleaned or amenities replaced, which was annoying. Staff were all really friendly!"

"Personally was quite disappointed after staying at sprowston manor only two weeks before. Staff weren’t particularly helpful or forthcoming with help. Room don’t have a mini fridge, water cups left everywhere as no bin near by. Pool was lovely however chlorine was so high myself & a few other guests ..."

"The main let down for this hotel, is the constant banging of room doors. You need softer closing room doors! Also, tell your staff not to recycle glass bottles at 7.30am! Other gripes are the overnight parking charge and the cooked breakfast buffet……it’s not very nice!"
