And whoever was above me must have had kids running across the room back as and forth back and forth. So not much insulation I guess. I would stay there again. But not on the first floor only on the top floor"

"Fire alarms went off ALL NIGHT ! With in bedroom strobe lights Terrible location. Bad neighborhood. Train coming throught right next door . Breakfast was good . I will not be staying there ever again. They would not refund my money . Said they would pro rate room charge..i haven't seen it yet on credit card ."

"The cleaner they use on the floors is slimy. No wi-fi the entire weekend. Loud banging above. No tv couldn’t even watch a movie on my phone because it just kept buffering. Yes I called the front desk and they were no help. They didn’t even bother to ask me how my stay was when I checked out. I should have been compensating some way. "
