"This is an older mom&pop type motel, one story, quiet setting and very convenient to town, beach, etc. Feels like old school Chincoteague. It is in process of some updating with new owners. Bed is comfortable, nice TV with an on screen guide. No vending machines (snacks), no daily housekeeping altho linen exchange is easy."
