"This hotel needs a complete renovation. The carpet in the hallway was loose and a danger to any elderly person walking on it. The bedroom had a distinct unpleasant smell and the carpets were stained. After just a few minutes in the room we realized that we could not stay ay this hotel. The person at the front desk did allow us to cancel and receive a full refund."

"The property is pet friendly as advertised. It's a little noisy at night with folks coming and going and not being mindful that they're right outside someone's door. The area is a little shady. I found that on one side of the building (where the dumpster is) there were some unsafe looking folks hanging around. There are clearly a number of unhoused people in the area, as we also saw them at all of the neighboring businesses (gas station, Starbucks, and other hotels/motels)."

"I can’t wait to come back to this hotel! Everything was perfect. From check in to check out. Next time I’ll plan to take the shuttle to save on driving. Breakfast and happy hour are always a plus with my family. The gym and pool were awesome! I was not expecting to see photos of microbiology hanging on my room wall. The design and layout of the place is so beautiful! My family loved everything about the Embassy at Crabtree!"
