Very nice resort. Food was great and good variety. Very well kept and clean and all the staff is extremely friendly. The only negative thing is I wish they would have had better nightly shows. All of the above except check out process - it’s too exact . I left the room to take down a few of my bags to return to assist my wife and couldn’t get back . She had to struggle with 4 heavy suitcases . As a customer you are left feeling that as soon as your time is up The hotel doesn’t care about you and thats sad. Otherwise - great hotel

I must have not seen the message about bringing soap wash clothes, hand towel, tissue actually everything.
