"I made my reservation online for a non-smoking king room.
Upon arrival a very nice lady named Ghiya checked me in. She told me there were no king rooms and gave me 2-queen beds. Easy enough, but the beds were laid on top of metal boxes with no box springs. The beds were so hard and very uncomfortable. The next day I awoke hungry for the breakfast that was included. There was instant coffee crystals in a large bowl with hot water. No fruit, no bagels…it’s actually easier to tell you what was there despite the photos online. There was waffle mix and syrup. White and wheat bread slices. They had a gallon of milk in a cooler as creamer, some butter and I believe a small portion of cream cheese. This was the first stop on my 11 day travel journey through Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico to attend my only daughter’s wedding in Palm Springs. I did feel safe but the rates should have been lower for the actual experience provided. "
