Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is superb in all respects. Its location means that everywhere in the city is easily walkable. The breakfast was outstanding.

Superb service and delicious breakfast

Savonlinna Rentals is modern and spotlessly tidy throughout. It’s very close to the Savonlinna train station. It has fast WIFI and a good number of bathrooms (shared). Lastly it is relatively inexpensive. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing dining and lounge area

Beautiful place set by lake outside the town of Puumala. It was a very peaceful and serene setting, a great place to go to get away from busy cities. I would say that the staff were friendly rather than warm and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area, on the shore of the lake. It is few minuted walk from the castle and from the port. It has a very nice restaurant with a view on the lake. We had a bit of a problem with sauna which was not turned on on time and thus it was not at the appropriate temperature.

Comfy beds- nice showers- friendly staff

Lovely staff, amazing range of choice for breakfast. Right in central location within walking distance to the harbour church and shopping area.

Ystävällinen ja rauhallinen ilmapiiri. Koiraystävällinen paikka. Ihana ympäristö. Pöytäjalkis ilahdutti! Kotoinen, rustiikki sisustus, jossa muistettu rakennuksen historia. Rento meininki. Äänieristys olisi voinut olla pikkaisen parempi ilta-aikaan. Asiallinen ja asiakasta arvostava kohtelu henkilökunnan taholta. Itsepalveluaamiainen ihana. Jäi hyvä mieli.

This place is great especially for the price! I stayed here for five days and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and room. Everything is very clean and modern. Kitchen has everything you need, fridge and TV in the room. Great showers, I’d happily stay here again!
