"A lovely hotel. Within reasonable walking to city centre. Rooms were lovely. Only minor issue when arriving at the Spa for a swim we were advised it wasn’t included in the package we bought on Expedia ( no mention of additional cost on the listing ). We did get in after pressing the spa reception but only once. "

"Beautiful hotel, great service from staff, excellent breakfast and when i realised i had left my ring in the room (and i was almost boarding my plane home) they supported me brilliantly, especially Jara, thank you. I can't say many other hotels would have been so promt and reliable as you, i recieved my ring today, thank you. I will definately stay again and will always recomend."

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, we really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, close to all the sites. The breakfast is excellent, varied. Good service, excellent room (suite) everything is clean and it is obvious that a lot of effort is put into it. Very good air conditioning. The spa is large, the sauna is amazing. Very, very, very recommended."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. This was the first time we have visited Prague. It was nice to have everything close by. I really enjoyed using the fitness center and it was nice to have the market in the front of the hotel for basic needs and there’s also a grocery store called Albert‘s close by. The only problem I had was with the water temperature I would be taking a shower and for some reason, it would go to cold every few seconds overall, the room was great and enjoyed our stay. "
