Great

Extremely helpful and friendly staff

This hotel is a gem. We had the best welcome from charming uniformed hotel staff. Lush bedroom - with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. High quality Egyptian linen and thick fluffy towels - even a Dyson hairdryer and GHD hair straighteners! Everything has been thought of here. Subtleties & Nuances - make this hotel stand out from the crowd. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us and the breakfast and a dinner in the restaurant were delicious.

Great spot, right by the Alhambra! Beautiful and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, highly recommend!

Excellent location to Al Hambra palace. 9 min walk. Bus 32 frequent and takes you to plaza san Nicholas. A must visit and especially on the night to see Al Hambra in lights. Restaurants there fantastic with excellent views. The hotel is amazing.

Great staff, lovely hotel in a great location

A very enjoyable stay throughout Good welcoming reception and very helpful staff . We had loud noises from the a nearby night club, we mentioned the issue at the reception who not only promptly changed our room but also to an upgrade. With a bottle of wine too . But as we don’t drink alcohol they sent us some well presented cakes. The breakfast is just exceptional, a wide variety to suit different requirements. Freshly made eggs in a lot of ways , selection of breads cakes and pastries....

A great hotel in a great location. Highly recommended.

We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast was really good. From walking around the area this really is the best hotel. We travelled as a couple so it was good that in the main families were at the beach hotel. Getting out of Almerimar on buses was nigh on impossible ... but we were ok with that. Everywhere was easy walking distance.

An excellent and enjoyable stay at the hotel , great room for my wife and I and our 14yr old son . My only complaint at all would be that a five star hotel would check the workings and condition of window blinds which made the appearance of our room look rather poor. Don't want to let the above take away a very good break, great service from staff particularly Andy on front desk , a credit to the company and to the male staff member serving us a great breakfast every morning , he couldn't do...

Everything

We chose the Granada Palace Hotel as it was in Monachil where we wanted to stay to visit family. On searching for a hotel this was the best one we found and was at a reasonable price. The hotel did not disappoint at all and was in a great location to visit family in Monachil and visit the sights of Granada. After being directed to our room we were amazed at how big it was, in all the trips we have been on (Carribbean/Thailand etc) this was one of the best rooms that we have stayed in, it was...
