"The staff was outstanding in being helpful and professional at the same time . I’d like to address Stewart first . This manager was above and beyond professional. I don’t know his pay grade but he needs a rise . Friendly but at the same time honest and professional . I asked him some questions and found him to be very intelligent . 2nd is Rob … very insightful professional and helpful . I also asked him for some advice and was quickly told honest answers and fixed the problem right away . 3rd Curry . Cheerful with a sense of humor while keeping things orderly and clean. 4th Melissa … new but very professional and friendly ! I would personally like to thank the manager and all his staff . He runs and maintains the property at very high standards. 5 star review ! "

"I would suggest that the rooms have a channel listing.It's hard to find channels, and there is 3 different guide channels. Both times I've stayed here, I've needed to ask for channel guide. "

"My daughter was admitted to Maine med so we checked in late and slept and left early but it was great for that. "

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a great nights sleep, even though our room was on the first floor and close to the lobby. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is older and shows wear and tear, but was decently maintained for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fantastic! Lots to choose from and everything was delicious. They offer alternative milk options, fresh fruit as well as pancakes, cereal, bagels and other typical breakfast foods. Parking was included with the room rate, which isn’t always the case at hotels. We’d stay at this BW again, would we need to. We also stayed during the off season, when room prices are lower than usual but quality remained as good as during peak season. "
