"It was beautiful there, but we didn’t have TV the whole to e we were there and when I called front desk they told me they would fix it and call me back. Never happened. When I called back they said the same thing. I heard people on the gym saying theirs was out too. Then the front desk guy was no help at all and not very friendly at check out. "

"Valet parking was free and easy to get in and out of parking lot. Hotel was clean and felt safe and comfortable."

"They advertised a hot tub however there is no longer a hot tub on the property. The first evening we were there they had run out of several items that should have been available for the happy hour "

"The staff told us multiple times maintenance was coming. I waited until 130 am the first night. Went to the front desk as soon as we got up and told them of the issue and that I’d been down multiple times. She said they’d get someone asap. 5 hrs later we switched rooms. "
