My hotels.com app said check out wat at 12. Staff was calling me to leave at 11:20am. I mentioned the info I had on my phone and she told me that the information was incorrect and I had to leave. It was embarrassing. Just found out I got charge for parking 140 dollars even though I went and told them I would not park my car at the garage. Got charged anyway after I was told I wouldn’t. Housekeeping never cleaned our room in the 4 days we where there. Went into our room once and only made the bed badly. Did not take out trash once and replaced water bottles. I travel 150 nights a year and it was one of the worse experiences of my traveling career."
